Welcome to a description of me. I am a regular contributor to BBC Radio speaking on a variety of subjects such as depression and relationships, and have just completed a series of broadcasts on the theme of “Get a Life”, which received very positive listener feedback. I am also published in Training Magazines and revues. I am a person committed to the full realisation of my own life potential and to inspiring others to the full realisation of theirs. I work both with organisations and private individuals. ORGANISATIONS value my sense of perspective and insight in helping them re-energise their overall performance, improve staff and client satisfaction, and increase profits. Over recent months I have worked with firms such as T-Mobile, with managerial staff in Government Offices, and with organisations such as the Cambridge Business Women’s Network. . PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS seek me out for Executive Business Coaching, Personal Coaching, or for Counselling. They include people of all social groups, age groups, ethnic communities, as well as academic and professional backgrounds. In their feedback, clients speak of my wisdom, insight and practical experience. The EXPERIENCE comes from my life abroad and in the UK. From 1969 to 1996 I worked in education and community development in countries of Africa, including Uganda, Sudan and Tunisia. At different points during that period, I also spent time in Europe and Canada, where I worked with young people and their families, and collected various University Diplomas and Degrees. My work brought me into constant contact with people of different cultures, religions, and social groupings, often in the most destitute of regions, and often also with people of powerful and materially privileged environments. People acknowledged me as a leader and a focal point for communication, and I therefore spent a lot of time coaching and training both individuals and communities. I have a full PROFESSIONAL TRAINING in the skills of Psychosynthesis and I am also a leading UK expert on the Enneagram. Psychosynthesis and the Enneagram are therefore two of the models I use for helping people understand themselves and others. In 1996 I resigned from the Catholic priesthood and returned to the UK, where I met Barbara at a Salsa class. We married in 2002, and share our home with two growing boys, two cats, three hens and twelve gold fish.
