THE ENNEAGRAM IN BUSINESS
Training based on the Enneagram model is becoming increasingly popular with businesses of all sizes. Cambridge Enneagram has worked with management teams in Public Services, international companies such as T-Mobile, and organisations such as Cambridge Businesswomen.
These workshops are amazingly effective in raising individual and team awareness and helping managerial teams identify and resolve issues such as conflict, under-performance, poor communication, change management, and unreasonably high staff turnover.
Cambridge Enneagram can organise with you individual and/or organisational training to suit your specific needs and budget.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS.
Private group sessions are a popular way of learning about you and others using the Enneagram model. If you have a group of friends, family, or colleagues, who’d like to learn more then I’d be delighted to organise with you a session, or series of sessions, at a venue and a time of your choice.
INTRODUCING THE ENNEAGRAM MODEL
This is a special workshop presenting an introduction to the basic elements of the Enneagram model. It is highly interactive and calls on the practical experience of both the trainer and participants.
The workshop introduces:
• the nine personal profiles identified by the Enneagram
• the characteristic patterns of behaviour of people within these profiles
• the fundamental attitudes underlying these behavioural patterns
• the three distinct types of intelligence: emotional, instinctual, and intellectual

THE ENNEAGRAM AND DIFFERENT STYLES OF PARENTING
There is perhaps no role more demanding, frustrating, and rewarding than that of bringing up children. Even the work of MD of our own company occasionally can seem a relaxing occupation when faced with the gruelling dramas of child rearing.
Many of us have to balance the demands of both MD and parent.
From the moment children enter the world, whether with a cheeky grin or a piercing cry, the world of their parents, and indeed of all those who come into contact with them, is turned upside down. Or upside up depending on the perspective.
Children can bring great joy to our lives. They can also help us feel like total failures.
And we were children once. Remember that time? One day we came into the world. And the world was never the same again. The world was changed because the blessing of our being was bestowed upon it.
Except our parents didn’t necessarily see the blessing. Not all the time anyway. They, like parents today, had their own world to contend with, their own feelings and thoughts, their own relationship, and their own attitudes to fulfilling the role of parents.
In our present series of workshops we ask questions such as:
In their parenting styles, how are parents influenced by the way they themselves were parented?
Which values are passed on, or not, through the generations?
Whether they have children or not, how does early formation, influence the way people look upon children, other adults, and life in general?
How does Enneagram type influence parenting styles?
What can people of different parenting styles learn from each other?
